SLP Fan Switch - always on?

SLP Fan Switch - always on? Hey guys.
I just got my SLP fan switch, and was wondering... why not wire the fans, so that they are just always on with the car? Would that be bad? Any pro's/con's?
I figure once the 160 thermostat is in, having the fan always on with the car would be ideal.
Would love to hear opinions.
