What would be the gain difference with a 236/236 cam? Right now I have manifolds and am at 380rwhp. Just want to know if I will gain a little more power with QTPs and should I go with 1 3/4 or 1 7/8? Eventually will see stage 2 heads.

should be same power gain, expect slightly more with the QTP's and the ability to grow, plus they are stainless.
