Header Bolt Size !!
Header Bolt Size !! I took my manifolds off and wanted to put my headers back on but one of the bolts doesn’t want to screw in and I used some force but I think messes up the thread so I wanted to tap it to clean it up but I wasn't sure about the thread size I know its 8mm but is it 1.25 or 1.0 or 1.5 any help is appreciated, Sean
Thanks guys, I think I'm going to tap all of them and clean the threads and then get new bolts.

Don't use a tap to clean threads in aluminum;
instead use a thread chaser/cleaner which won't cut;

It appears that breslin only comes in less than 1" in length according to Summit. That is the kind I was wanting to use, but with my pacesetters I don't know if that would be long enough for me.
