Hows this for an exhaust

Hows this for an exhaust I have 1 7/8" Grot LT's.
3" off the collectors into a Flowmaster merge. Than a single 4" out to my
Magna Flow. No cats.
My exhaust now is pretty bad, it has one side meeting the other at about a 90* angle.
If I do a cut-out, where should it go? How about dual cut-outs? (worth it?)
What would a single cut-out be worth for RWHP/RWTQ?a single

Basicly what Im making now. Flowmaster merge y pipe with 4" outlet. 4" pipe out of merge into 4" in/out bullet and dumped. Maybe reduce down to 3" later and put a catback style in the back behind my 4" but I doubt it.
