Default Fuel Pressure

How long should an LS1 engine hold fuel pressure? I have an LS1 powered sandrail with an aftermarket Bosch fuel pump and the stock regulator from the tank. I get 58-60 PSI that drops off over several hours. A couple times I have gotten detonation when I started it and the idle searched and it smelled rich. I'm thinking I may have an injector leaking down and the detonation is from a flooded cylinder and the rough idle from KR.

TIA

Thanks for the reply and the link, but I wasn't asking what the fuel pressure should be. I want to know how long it shouild hold it after the power is removed.
