Re: cool fuel better???? I forget which car I saw had this but it had the exhaust running near or through the fuel tank to heat it up a slight bit for when it comes to the engine. If the fuel is cold it wont vaporize as quickly. Plus air condenses many times more than fuel in a given heat change.

Re: cool fuel better???? From what I hear yes, or no affect at all since the fuel wont have much heat change by the way you are talking about doing it. Just stick to cold air <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

cool fuel better???? Ok here we go. I remember some people used to (and probably still do) coil metal fuel lines in a can and put ice in it at the track to cool the incoming fuel. Follow me, cool fuel makes for a denser air fuel mix?? right?? If you ever felt your fuel rails even on a cool day they are freakin hot. Would wrapping the fuel rails with heat reflective tape help protect fuel from becoming heated, and would there any benefit(like the ice can)???, or would the computer just adjust for the condition??????????????? HHMMmmm???Anyone??
