Help! Cant figure this out
This started about two weeks ago and the only changes to the car at this time was reinstallation of heads, ls6 valley plate, intake.
and also had starter take a crap on me about this time , so that was replaced.
The items that I have checked are the 3 grounds to the back of drivers head, all ground straps are in place with no breaks. I also rechecked wiring to starter and (had a local chev dealership look at the wiring to starter also)
This problem was really noticed the minute that the car went into closed loop after starter was installed.
Car has a stroker motor with ed wright tuning. No ses lights have shown up
Thanks for any advice , as I am stumped and am not sure where to look

Here's the TSB -
Trip Odometer - Automatically Resets to Zero
Trip Odometer Resets to Zero
(Exchange/Install Instrument Cluster)
# 99-08-49-009
Trip Odometer Resets To Zero
(Exchange/Install Instrument Cluster)
1999 Chevrolet Camaro
1999 Pontiac Firebird
Condition: Some customers may comment that the trip odometer resets to zero when starting the engine.
Cause: Ambient temperatures below 0°C (32°F), combined with low battery voltage, may cause the trip odometer memory to be erased when starting the vehicle.
... The Tech 2 will now display the instrument panel cluster part number. If the part number is shown in the table as the old part number, install a new part number exchange cluster which has had the new circuit board with the non-volatile memory chip installed. Order the cluster from your A/C Delco(R) Service Center. DO NOT ORDER A CLUSTER FROM GMSPO.
PS - obviously, ambient temperature has nothing to do with it, seeing how its like 157 degrees down here in so. florida!!! I think my battery is getting weak, and I get a "low voltage" condition when I start the car.
On my car, the positive battery cable connector has green corrosion coming out of it. I'm sure this has something to do with my "low battery" condition, as they state it in the TSB.
