Re: hooker super comps
The only trouble that I'm having is going over big speed bumps. I have prokit springs and the ORY pipe hangs a little low. Other than that, it was a little raspy for me until I got the Hooker catback, now I freakin love the sound. I never listen to the radio anymore!

Re: hooker super comps
thanks because im trying to find a alternative to spending 1200 bucks for a set of flps when the hookers look just as good and looks like they flow pretty good.

Re: hooker super comps
get the hooker's, you wont be sorry. better yet, get jet-hot coated hooker's and youll be set for a long long time. dont let anyone bs you about how other flow so much better and this and that...fact is, hooker is right up there with the rest.

Re: hooker super comps
I ordered my hookers with the GP. If you dont want to lay down the money for FLP you cant go wrong with a company like hooker that has been great for so long.

Re: hooker super comps
they are awesome headers. quality is great. the only complaint i have is that the hooker y-pipe is pretty crappy. hasn't hurt my times at all from what i guess, but still a little too cheaply put together. I had to use a ratchet strap to keep the y-pipe from banging the floorboards.

Re: hooker super comps
The "silver ones" are the Jet Hot coated ones. It is a good deal, back when I got headers on my first Camaro nobody was sending their products w/ Jet Hot coatings from the Factory. I had to purchase my headers and then send them right back out to Jet Hot and spend another $225.00 but it was worth it then and it is more than worth it now. Worst thing to see is a beautiful car with rusted headers.
