They are fabricated aluminum, and use factory gaskets. Very nice pieces!
They don't come predrilled with any holes in them, so you can set up your PCV, crankcase evac, oil filler, etc. anyway you want it.

Re: valvecovers You'd have to talk to Nick or Wade about the price. Mine were worked into the engine deal, and I paid for everything at once. I'm not sure how much just the valvecovers themselves were.
If you don't want to go through the effort of painting them, you could have them powdercoated, polished, or even anodized (I think ARE can take care of the anodizing).
