Is it difficult to install an electric cutout?
I'm probley going to order one in the next couple day's, through Qtech, and I just want to have an idea about what I'm getting myself into.

If you can put SLP LTs on, you will not have any issues It's like a 30 min deal pretty much. I don't know if the Qtec is any good, but the McCord that I have was 2 wires (ground and 12v), drill a hole in the ashtray, and then I had to run the cord under the carpet, and bolt the valve onto the cutout (3 nuts). That was it, woopie.

Where did you order your McCord electric cutout from? How much $ was it? Would it be better to install it before or after the cats?
If you put the cut-out before the cats, you may flunk visual inspection when emissions are tested. You have SLP LT and the cats are removable anyways if you got the full package. I'd put it on the I-pipe. I like it back before the pipe goes over the axle (less noise and fumes), but having it towards the front of the I-Pipe might be worth an extra 1-2 HP.
From what I understand McCord and QTEC are both good products, but I went with the QTEC as it has more optional features and QwikTime is nice enough to sponsor this wonderfull site.
