3rd Gen Camaro Pic Inside - - Comments? This post should probably be in the racer's lounge section, but I spend most of my time here.
My buddy's dad put a lot of work into a 3rd gen Camaro. He dropped a crate engine in it. It has headers and a full aftermarket exhaust system. New paint job, new replica chrome rims (16").
I believe the exhaust system is edelbrock. I never got any details from him. I know it's not an LS1 crate engine though. I don't want to quote any numbers since I'd be guessing. It's a 5.7L engine though. Maybe an LT1 which wouldn't be all bad.
What do you guys think?

Re: 3rd Gen Camaro Pic Inside - - Comments? Clean!I had a `85 Z.I loved the way it looked but it was slow.I guess the hot crate engine in that car solves the slow issues associated with 3rd gen F body cars.

Re: 3rd Gen Camaro Pic Inside - - Comments? I'm not sure if he's going to do anything else to it. It needs a brake upgrade and some drivetrain work. That stuff is still stock. Not sure what gear came with it.
