Can it be done?
I am thinking about getting dynomax race bullet mufflers and bolting them right behind my Kooks LT's... I was thinking I could do a little turn down on them so the exhaust would exit toward the ground...
But I also need a ball joint connection on the other end of the muffler so it will hook up to the kooks...
I live in Tampa FL.... Think anyone here will be able to do this for me?
My main concern is the ball joint connection...
Here is my current parts list:
DYNOMAX Bullet Mufflers (Aluminized)
Flowmaster Turndowns (Aluminized)

Its for street and strip use...
I live in FL so there are no emission tests.
My setup only costs 100 bucks! trying to keep it cheap

I'll post in the FL section too, Good advice! Thanks!

Don't want to **** of the neighbors too much.
You neighbors are going to be big time pissed..there is no doubt about that..you migh as well run headers with no exhaust system...

Is it really that different from the "Texas Speed Rumbler X True Duals" which lots of people run on here?
My setup is just missing the x-pipe... I doubt the x-pipe makes that HUGE of a difference...
I think it will be loud... but not as loud as peple are making it out to be...
For example:

That replica cobra has a "laker pipe." That is basically what I am doing (except mine is hidden under the car)... And those things sound NICE! Not over the top loud... but they can be heard.
It's basically the same setup.... Muffler bolted to the header with a dump....
Just b/c its a short pipe does not mean it will be that much louder...
Those look prett cool man!
Now if only they had collector rings instead of the typical flange...
