Hooker Headers, Which Y-Pipe??

Hooker Headers, Which Y-Pipe?? Ok guys I got on the hooker GP from the longtubes on my LS1. Now my only question is whether or not to go off-road pipe or high flow cats. I really want offroad because I want some burly sound coming out of the rear but I heard it is very raspy with the Flowmaster setup. If I do go with the off road pipe should I just get the one hooker makes because I am lowering my car soon so I wasn't sure how much clearance problems I would have.....

1. Hooker Y-pipe with no cat. converters.
2. Mufflex Y-pipe with random tech. cats that you'll have to get someone else to weld in for you.
3. Your own custom fabbed Y-pipe.
I still get pissed when I think about Holley not putting out a "complete" package.
