No conflict with the A/C at all. I had to remove about 1/8"wX1"l of material from the subfame of one car to get the clearance that I was comfortable with. Most people wouldn't even bother with that or need to for that matter.

To anyone reading this: Buy whatever you like it's your money.But if I were buying headers in this price range I wouldn't even consider Pacesetter,Flowtech,or Hooker unless the rest of my car was going to stay very close to stock.Even then I'd still probably get the Edelbrocks. I ran them on a '98 with a stock cam and they worked very well.
