I was wondering if going under the axle would have any negative consequences as opposed to stuffing the two pipes up over the passenger side of the axle. I figure clearance really wouldn't be a problem since anything that would hit the pipes will hit the tire first lifting the pipes over the obstruction. The section under the axle will be able to be unbolted so the axle can be dropped. I was also wondering if lowering the car with this kind of a set up would be problematic.

Please help ease some of my fears before I get this done
