Default Solid Or Poly Motor Mounts?

Wich Mounts Are Better For High Hp? A Solid Spohn Motor Mount? Or Just A Regular Poly Mount?

It is just preference. A solid mount transfers more power to the wheels by allowing the engine to torque less and will make the car shake more. So if you don't want that go with the other mount.

i love my polys but i guess it depends that the car is used for. my polys the engine doesnt really move at all not that i can see

I can sure see my engine move with the polys, but it isn't as much as it did with the rubber mounts.

Same here, with rubber mounts my motor would almost smack the inner fenderwells at idle. With the poly mounts it only moves 1/4"-1/2" total.

Poly if you dont want to shatter your teeth when driving. If its an all out race car with no tags, then solid.
