a Q. about cutouts

a Q. about cutouts will cutouts effect my bottom end hp ?? my t/a is basically stock except for a few bolt ons. im contemplating installing a single cutout on the "I" pipe but was concerned about losing bottom end horsepower. anybody have a set up similar to this care to advise me?

on the street I don't think you will notice any loss really..on a dyno maybe a few hp...someone with experience with dyno wanna chime in please..[ have had mine for 3 yrs. and don't really notice any loss...except Hearing Loss.!!]
