Re: How do I remove my AC pulley? no dont do that.you see the 2small tensioner where the belt rides from the crank to the compressor.1 of them moves up or down.need metric wrench open or box.I think size 15.put the wrench on on of the tensioner and pull up or down. should be able to take the a/c belt off with no problem.hope that helps. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Re: How do I remove my AC pulley? Dude if your taking the pulley off you need a pulley puller for a GM power steering pulley.
(yep, a special puller just for that-you can probably find a way around buying one but you can save yourself some time if you get one-it will work with other pulleys in your rod as well)
Most regular pully pullers will not work because you don't have room b/w the pulley & radiator etc.
