Header tube size question

Header tube size question Right now I have 1 5/8" block hugger headers, and the engine was 193rwhp (poorly tuned).
I added a heads cam package and decided to go with full length headers. I can get 1 5/8" full lengths for a very good price. Is there any reason I should get bigger tubes for the added price? If we're talking a 10-15hp or smaller difference, then I'll just use the 1 5/8's.
New engine should be in the 400-440hp range FYI.
