What does it mean when the moderators post "Moving to the lounge"?

it means the post doesn't fit where it was started and was "moved to the lounge". Scroll down the page and you will see it.

Moving to the lounge.

We do this when there is no tech content in a post, or if the topic belongs under a different forum section.

When a post has been moved a link to the posts new location can be clicked on to go straight to the new location. That link is located on the left side top of the post. Looks like this:

This topic has been moved to Racer's Lounge.
