Default still learning please help

Ok here goes everyone. I started my mods with a Vortech S/C and a new clutch along with a Moser 12 bolt rear. I just ordered a set of Hooker Long tubes today with the off road Y-pipe.
My question is If I use a bullet in the intermediate pipe and put a cutout right before the over the axle pipe do I still have to run a rear muffler or is the bullet a muffler itself?
I'm sort of confused i have spent most of my time posting on the forced induction and gearing pages and such so help me as much as you can here. By the way I am going to have ls1edit to program the rear o2 sensors out so I will not need o2sims. What else do I need to know here?
As you can see I am diving in here head first and all of your help will be very much appreciated.

I don't even think you read my question for the most part and if you knew anything an "off road Y-pipe" would mean no cats! Also if I already knew that just the Bullet by itself would make my car really loud I would not have asked.
By the way what is asom or xpencive?

The bullet is going to be kinda loud. Depends on what your tolerance for "loud" is. I'm running a Borla XR-1 in place of the "resonator" on a loudmouth and it sounds a little loud to me when I'm trying to ease through town at early thirty and not be a cop magnet. -and I'm sure the XR-1 is a lot quieter than a single bullet.

I guess my question here is I've seen several different set ups. Some have a bullet in the intermediate pipe with a muffler under the tank, cut out in between of course.
I have also seen one with a bullet in each side of the Y-Pipe before the I-pipe. What are the reasons for each or advantages or disadvantages of each way and what is the best way to do it.

I just sold my Borla and got the SLP Loudmouth. I'm putting a 3-1/2" Borla XR-1 in the "I-pipe" and I'm going to have a 3-1/2" cut-out before the XR-1 with a QTEC electric gate.
When I'm done I'll be posting some pics and Barry at QTEC is going to have a video clip on his webpage of my car.

Hope this helps,
Craig.
