Default Headers or y pipe

Are headers worth the money or is a y pipe the way to go?

If you do headers then you'll need a y-pipe also.

If you don't plan on doing many mods to the engine I'd just get the y-pipe, a y-pipe will take you about a half hour ( 00 or newer ) to install where headers will take you from several hours ( 6/10 hours ) or in some cases days ( no hoist/proper tools ) to install yourself. Good luck with your choice.

IMO.. do not waste your money on a part that you will replace with a future mod. When you set up up headers they will have a different y pipe.

y pipe by itself is about worthless. do the headers. it's not that hard of an install, just time consuming.
