Smoke when revving!

Smoke when revving! Today coming out of school someone threw a rev at me. Just for fun I threw a fairly high rev back, and he exclaimed 'you have smoke coming from under your car!' point under the front of my car. Uhm 30k miles on the car and no internal stuff touched at all? What in the world could this be? Is it just normal and its water burning or something? If it helps I do have a SES light on that says secondary AIR bank. Please help...thanks
Re: Smoke when revving! Well you didn't post the exact SES code, but I'm pretty sure that your secondary air bank has to do with emissions. I believe it helps to cool the exhaust. Get it fixed, it should be under warranty. Its part of the emmissions warranty which is a 5/50 one. But i don't see how that would cause the underneath of your car to smoke. Check for leakes in your exhaust system first. Also its possible you had something stuck to the exhaust system that you were burning off. Who knows? Just get the light fixed and I wouldn't worry about it otherwise.
