Default IS this cutout location good for ET/MPH?

I just finished installing the Hookers,ORY.
Very nice install...

I have now have a duel 3in to single 3in merge with nothing on it.I have no exhaust of anykind on the car as of now

If I mount my cutout right to the end of the merge is this gonna hurt flow/power?

Should I put it alittle farther down in the intermed (like maybe 3in or so)? dont wanna run duel cutouts,I just want one cutout off my Y or interm.?

The reason I ask is I have a bullet that I wanna mount 2 inches AFTER the cutout and then tac a 3in over the axle to the bullet and run 3in tails later.

Will having the cutout right after the merge along with the bullet after the cutout hurt my power?
