import theory crossover Regarding the higher bolton ratio to available parts for import vs domestic, in your opinion, is there a volumetric difference when comparing cubic inch displacement? I mean, I keep hearing 'there's no replacement for displacement', but is it accurate to say 'except for boost', or should I not worry about getting my panties in a bunch? 
A local car guy told me to tell my neighbor (who is into import cars) to try it again (referring to boltons that increase air speed) this time with a real engine. Can I say he is just full of it or is there a simpler theory I'm missing?????
