new spark plug wires?

new spark plug wires? I have installed SLP LT headers and am curious what to do about the factory plug wires.How long before the fry from the heat /and what is best ones to get that will last. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
So far have had no problem with the stock ones but it has only been a month since install of headers,I did change to ngk tr55 plugs
car is my daily driver.

Re: new spark plug wires? when i went to ngk plugs i also bought msd wires just for peace of mind.
i've read posts that say plug wires are so short that changing them won't make a diff. peformance wise. I think I could've left my stock ones on for a while. it's up to you.

Re: new spark plug wires? NGK TR55s and the thunder Volt's 10.4MM (((TAYLOR))) that's your peace of mind.... MSD meltsssssss down happened many of time's........been running mine's for month's and no prob.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Re: new spark plug wires? I just run the stock wires.No problems since I got the car.They even held up to many Nitrous runs.When it's time for new wires,I'll get the stock ones again.They have a nice solid connection.
Re: new spark plug wires? When I get new plugs and wires, i think i'm going to get the accel 9000's. They have some sort of heat reflective material. They should be good. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
Re: new spark plug wires? I left my stock spark plugs and wires when I put on my FLP's at 5000 miles. 5500 miles later they were still in perfect condition. I did go ahead and replace them out with NGK TR55's and a set of Taylor Thundervolt wires when I installed the cam.
