Re: Custom Y setup for Hookers w/ cats. You can have O2 Bungs welded in after the cats if you want and still use your existing rear O2's like I did. This will be a little cheaper route.
Or you can go with the sims, granted that they will work and last awhile. Which however they have had their share of problems. Its up to you I guess.

Custom Y setup for Hookers w/ cats. Once i get hookers, i'm going to have a local muffler shop rig up a 3" ypipe that will fit carsound cats in. My question is should I worry about having them put the bungs in for the rear o2's or should I just buy some simulators and put them on the rear o2's? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

Re: Custom Y setup for Hookers w/ cats. I bought (2) O2 bungs from summitracing.com and had them welded after the cats. I still used the stock rear O2 sensors and screwed them just like you do the front O2s.

Re: Custom Y setup for Hookers w/ cats. put the bungs in. They are there to help make sure cats are working right. If your cats go bad, which could cost you more HP, the rear O2s can help diagnose the problem.
