If you'll look at it, you'll see the gasket is on the intake side. All you need to do is wipe both surfaces off,and maybe put a very light coat of oil on the gasket (O ring) prior to bolting up the TB.
That gasket seems to hold up pretty well through the many times I've had the TB off.
