Default ORY + Stock muffler...

Anyone do this??? How does it sound? Not the dual/dual, but stock SS muffler.
Sound clips?

I'm thinkin' of doing this and keeping the dual cutouts only moving them back a bit, and topping it off with a flowmaster Y collector.

Also, will I need 1 or 2 bullets to take care of drone or will the stock muffler take care of it because it is on the quieter side?

Do it, you won't be sorry! My exhaust setup is...Macs w/orp into an SS catback w/QTP cutout. Its barely louder than stock, the rasp is for the most part is gone. You will not need bullets.

I used to have a Random Tech catback and the rasp was awful, even with a bullet in the I-pipe.

I have a MAC and ORP setup into the stock Z28 exhaust. Interior noise is minimal. You can hear my valvetrain over the exhaust. I still trap over 112.

Later, Stu

Well I have !muffler with LTs, cats, and a vertor. If an ORY + stock muffler is an improvment as far as quieter inside, I'll do it.

How about drone?

If you rember what your car sounded like stock, thats what it will sound like, just add a little volume because of the orp. Thanks for the info!

Stu, if I were you, I would just do the cutout wheter it be manual or electric.
