Im not really sure about how cutouts work. You just cut a hole out before the y in the y pipe and thats it. I dont really get it. Can you also have in electrically done?

Here is the best cutout on the market. Its full stainless and simply bolts in place.. Cut section of pipe out of the exhaust to fit valve.. slide in place.. hook up wires, and you are ready to hear some open exhaust! this valve also allows you to adjust it at any position allowing you to select the loudness or tone of the exhaust..
