Stupid question, how do I install new O2s?

Stupid question, how do I install new O2s? Um yeah, this question really is that dumb. I did not put on my headers, they were professionally installed, so I have no idea what this job consists of.
My current sims are BOTH fried (SES light and all) so I need to throw these new ones in. Will I need a lift or is a jack/jackstand combo all I will need?
BTW what causes these things to go bad anyways?

Re: Stupid question, how do I install new O2s? It's really simple. Use ramps, should give ya enough room, depending on how skinny you are. Jack/jackstands work too. The hardest part is finding the simms. Since you obviously know what they look like (you have new ones to compare to), look around the sides of the transmission near the crossmember. You'll see them plugged in there. Unplug old, plug in new, wooo done.
