Will FRA mod help my '99 SS? I'm sure this is an old question. I already have an MTI lid, stage II heads/cam, headers, pulley, LS6 intake, ported TB, TB bypass, Borla. Is this mod better for a Z28 than an SS? Has anybody done before-and-after dyno or 1/4 mile with just the FRA as the only difference? I've been reluctant, thinking that my almighty SS hood was providing loads of cold air - now i'm not so sure... Any help would be great. Thanks.

Re: Will FRA mod help my '99 SS? It should help, but just be careful for large puddles if you do it so you don't hydrolock your engine! I don't think it's a big problem, but it has happened! just avoid LARGE puddles.
