what do u think??? (exhaust) i am thinking about getting an ORP and borla? i have a 99ws6....on the slp site it say "minor welding" for the ORP, what does this consist of? is it worth the money to get an ORP? i dont plan on getting headers. what am i trying to get out of this is a nice sounding exhaust...wihtout having to run true duals...is it capable with just cat-bak to have a mean sound or do i have to add te ORP? thanks <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" />

Re: what do u think??? (exhaust) If you're talking about SLP Y 31034 for 98-99, it's not an off-road pipe but goes after cats. The original y needs to be cut on the passenger side and the SLP Y is slip and welded over the original. Driver's side is supposed to bolt on but usually the bolts are rusted bad and the joint will need some extra work. The SLP y should have some of the wanted effect on sound. On the other hand a real ORY, like MAC, will have more effect but can also be raspy.
