What would be the best throttle body option for use on this intake?

Ported stocker or maybe a Holley.. but I haven't seen much about them yet.

Thanks! Anyone else? Doing a MS3 and PRC heads so i want a good throttle body to be comparable.. (eagle rods and diamond pistons too)

X2. i agree ported stocker will be just fine.

any way of machining the intake from 75mm to a 78mm opening to benefit from using a FAST 78mm?

yeap im pretty sure thats why they made that manifold out of metal, so you can port it
