Re: size of I-pipe for 2000 Z28 The stock I-pipe(non SLP dual-dual) is 2.75 inches OD and the SLP I-pipe is 3.00 inch OD. Like WILWAXU stated, get a 3 inch cut-out either way. Good luck!
BTW- MMiller has a 3 Inch cut-out for sale in the classifieds and Texas forum. Excellent performance mod for the $$$.

Re: size of I-pipe for 2000 Z28 I know you were thinking of the Dynomouth. If so, use a 3" bullet just as you would use a 3" cut-out on our cars.

www.jegs.com sells a mandrel bent 3" I-pipe for our cars. This would be the perfect replacement for that missing LM part. I don't know the part number for it, but I think it is a DynoMax part. Give Jegs a call, they have awesome customer service.
If memory serves, the pipe is less than $50.
