difference between hook and pacesetter lts?

Default difference between hook and pacesetter lts?

Except the price and 02s in collector difference.

AFAIK the pacesetters have thicker mounting flanges, other than that....

yes u basically pay for the name and with that name comes thicker welds, flanges and design. But pacesetter is a VERY decent header for the price I like em'.
