SLP CAI

on a non-ram air trans am,.. how much does one of these really help me through a 1/4??

should pick up a couple of tenths...but since u have a non ram air t/a i would say get Fast Toys Ram Air kit....makes a hell of a lot of difference....

yeah but i heard those are bad for rain getting in the engine. How much truth is there in that?

The SLP CAI kit is a waste of $. It basically does nothing more than the free ram air mod. I just got the upgrade from Fast Toys to make it like their kit. If you are going to get one get the Fast Toys kit.

I suggest going for a Fast Toys, Super Sucker or Whisper Ram Air over the SLP.

The SLP was the original, and all the others improve uppon they're idea.
