Loudmouth
I just installed my Loudmouth exhaust on my 01 WS6 convertible. You've got to be kidding me. It sounds just like what it is, a car that needs a muffler. Somebody already told me that it sounds like a boat. I'm glad that I took my original system off in one piece- easier to put back on!

I basically felt the exact same way when I put the LM on my last LS1. Sounded like a damn pick-up truck with straight pipes to me. It is just loud noise with no tone IMHO. Awful sound and drone for regular cruise. But I will agree that it sure does sound good at idle and WOT. Just not very good in between though.

I have a couple sound clips on my site listed in sig... page 2. The sound is deeper and has alot less drone.
Go with part #24222 if you have cats, #24219 if you don't have cats (or if you want it even more quiet)
Good luck
Dave

As far as those who say it's too loud...Should realize that basically removing the muffler is going to make the car sound a lot different than stock!
