Default Water Pump, going, going....

Will be replacing this weekend. Looks pretty straight forward. Bearings going out & the W/p pulley is wiggly!
Looks like i just drain it, remove belt, idler pulley & 6 bolts Throttle body coolant hose.
What else?
BTW, am considering getting away from the Dex Cool & going with the green stuff!
as i understand the Dex cool is the culprit aolt of the times. Not to mention my car has 70K on it.

I would suggest you stay with dex-cool... it has stuff in it needed to protect the cooling system, thats why GM uses it. I dont think the new water pump will last long with the ethyl-glycol green stuff.... why not just use dex-cool and a bottle od water wetter?.. that would work great.
