Indexing Plugs
I indexed a set of NGK TR6's in my motor due to the really tight combustion chambers I have. I got tired of having to mess with the indexing washers every time I removed a plug to check it, so I switched to a very very cold heat range Champion non-projected tip race plug, and saw no differences in performance between the two.
But, for the ~$20 or so that the indexing washers cost, it can't hurt. I may experiment with a hotter plug again soon since I'm pretty sure the tuning is good now (I went with the cold plugs to ensure the car wouldn't detonate)...
