like a ticking noise, i have a ticking noise on right side (might be from header/head leak though). Or do you meen rasp?

No it is not a rasp. It comes directly from the header collector area through the driver side floor board. I know collector noise is expected but I think mine is more prominent than it should be. I did notice it more when I adjusted my ORP closer to the floorboard. Thanks to my favorite mod....ghetto torque strap...ie no bangin' here anymore.

sorry man, i am not familiar with 'collector noise', like i said i hear ticking from the right side only. Then again my crap is custom: ball flanges hacked off and a 3in y-pipe to 3in I-pipe to flowmaster to 3in tail pipes to dual chrome rolled tips. If you are interested i am willing to sell <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> . It is alot deeper sounding than the orp.

Do you have a prominent collector noise that you can here in the cabin? I have a Mac ORP with RT cats welded in.
