Default fuel pressure?

ok , i have the GWP/ATI procharger kit,so i have the areomotive inline pump and i also just installed a new intank walbro 225 a few weeks ago.
i had this problem before the walbro where the fule pressure would drop at high rpm and cause detonation.
i checked the areomotive pump ( comes in at 0 vaccume)and it's working fine.

skip a few weeks to the present, now i have the walbro in and when driving around my fule pressure is 50 psi and it drops to 40 psi at part theottle anywhere before 0 vacuume.

and recently i notced that the car wouldn't start up right away, and when i turn the key in the ign. on position , the fule pressure doesn't build up to quick, and goes back to 0 as soon as the pump stops priming ( as opposed to before when the pressure would drop from 60 psi to 50)

what is going wrong??
is it a fule regulator issue??

just out of curiousity (sp?) , are there two different kinds of fule pumps??
cause it seems to me from people i talked to that they seem either describe the type i have ( pump sits in bucket kinda encolsure), or another kind that resembles the traditional pick up tube assembly.

Fixed the title for you... You may want to post this in the FI section too.
