Burned out/busted blinker

Burned out/busted blinker I have had to replace my passenger side front blinker bulb 4 times now. Each time it either explodes or burns out. The socket it brown kinda burnt looking. What could be the problem. I have clear corners on, that wouldn't have anything to do with it would it? I need some help if you can give it to me. I am tired or replaceing bulbs. Thanks.

Re: Burned out/busted blinker No water is getting in there that I know of. There is no cloudiness or condensation in the "housing" that I can see. It was suggested that I try to clean the socket really good. So I will try that.
