How much of a PITA is it to pull the intake manifold?
my first time took about 5 or so hours, because it took forever to find everything needing to be disconnected. i also pulled the wires strait out of the map connector then had to fix it (that was a pita) didnt hurt the sending unit at all

yep,painted it myself, i couldn't wait to have a bodyshop do it since it was a last minute decision before the tune... i used bondo on the top of the intake to fill the holes. then sanded the runners with 150 wet/dry paper till they were smooth (bout 2hrs). then sanded them with 400 till it looked good. went to the auto store and bought duplicolor adhesion promoter (1 can) sprayed 3 coats, duplicolor white primer (1 can) 4 coats, duplicolor bright red (1 5oz can) used the whole thing, and one can of duplicolor clear - 4 coats...took all day between coats and never sanded in between..i like the way it came out. looks good and only cost me about $30.00

Nah, I was gunna tackle it today, but it was supposed to rain all day and I kinda want to do it when I can leave the car sitting in the DRY driveway for a few hours
