Has anyone ordered from Harlan lately?!? I ordered a shiftlight over a week ago and I payed through paypal. I received a receipt and an order number. I have also emailed him 3 different times, and I still haven't heard back from him yet. I know that he only does this in his spare time and that he is probably busy. I just wonder why he doesn't return emails. Is anyone else having this problem? I have heard such good things about him...is this normal?
Please Advise.

Re: Has anyone ordered from Harlan lately?!? Going on 3-4 weeks now for my window switch. I really hope it shows up soon. On his website it shows everything is in stock and will ship within 3 days or something like that. Had I known it was going to be this long I would have bought a window switch somewhere else. I needed it last week for racing. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

I saw that too. Now, go back and look at the last time that website was updated. I'm not gripping, I just want to hear from him, to know that he has at least received my order.

Alright fella's all i can tell you, is be patient, As Harlan will get you the parts, it just takes time, and he recently had Car issues, his new motor"The kitchen motor" had to be removed and torn down for inspection. Which probably took up alot of his time, and the fact that these parts get built in his spare time, since he works a full time job, means time becomes limited. But have no fear, you will get your goodies, hate to be repetative, but just be patient.

I just started to get a little worried when I didn't receive any form of communication. I'm just not used to that I guess! No Worries. It is comforting to know that this can be expected!
