Mac headers and LS6 manifold?

Mac headers and LS6 manifold? Ok, this guy who lives locally is selling stuff off his 99 TA, and I was intrested in these 2 parts that he is selling. I want to know if it wsa worth buying both of these or just one? What gains can I expect from each one? Here's the prices he's selling them for:
- LS6 intake with EGR : $300
- MAC Headers, Y with Cats non-coated, driven for about 2000 miles in winter so they need to be cleaned off... $400
So is it worth it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> ? Thanks!
