Do LS1 Hooker LTs come with a flange on them?

Do LS1 Hooker LTs come with a flange on them? I am going to order a set of Hooker LTs but I need to know if they come with a flange (what kind) from the factory or do I need to weld one on?
If I need to weld one on, there is no point it getting the coated ones. I will weld the flange on then take the headers to Jet Hot and have them coated (I live in Phoenix and Jet Hot is about 30 mins away).
