Well the cam is a 238/244 .625 110 from Cartek. It's going into a A4 C5 with a 4000 stall and soon to be 4.10 gears. The exhaust on there now is 1 5/8 headers with cats and a Corsa Ti exhaust.I'm going to be selling the whole system and going with a Stainless Works 3" full exhaust. If I can sell the whole system I will probably be going to the new Cartek 1 7/8.Just trying to see if I Should do them or go with the complete Stainless Works package with the 1 3/4.Didn't know if the bigger is better factor applied here!!!It sure didn't on my heads and a 346!!!!!

Well, if you only plan to pay attention to higher rpm numbers (that cam isn't that big for a 408) I'd go with the 1 7/8" If, however you plan to use it as a street car (lower rpm torque needed) I'd go with a 1 3/4".
The difference in power probably won't be dramatic on a street car. On a mostly race car though, go big.
