Questions about exhaust.

Questions about exhaust. Well right now, my right side cat has had the guts knocked aloose somehow and there are peices in my exhaust (bitch of a clanking and raddling sounds). Say I put Magnaflow High-flow cats in would I hafta tune because of the difference in flow, or would the stock tune & 02 sensors be ok??
2nd, I would like to put the ORY-pipe on seeing as it'd probably the same price range and i could just screw the cats. Where would I go by doing that, most shops won't do it because it doesn't have cats? And would I hafta tune if I did that??
3rd, Say i just took the loose peices out of the cats now and just left the cats kinda knocked out some from where they were damaged, would it be harmful to my car and would I need it tuned?
Someone please tune in on this. I could use some help.

Technically you can benefit from a tune at any point in time. The more mods you have the more likely you will need a tune. some people do it with as simple as a MAF and or TB change. So it is up to you....(that is me telling you that you can get more out of your car just by tuning even though it is virtually stock it seems.)
Cheap route would be to gut the cats all the way and re-bolt the pipes back up and put a cut-out in the I-pipe section.

You could change you exhaust system for a true dual, over the axle, out the rear from beneath the bumper in the stock location system. Good sound, great ground clearance, quiet inside the car, no exhaust smell inside the car and outside with the dual tips that come out from beneath the bumper in the regular location, it looks stock. And you can have it loud or quiet depending on which mufflers you deside to use.
