Re: O2 simms do they work? Yes, they do work make sure to get the 4 wire sims and you'll be fine. Another option is to use a tool like LS1 Edit to delete the rear O2 sensors but that alone will cost much more than O2 sims. However, you can probably have a shop delete the rear sensors but do you want them deleted for good or just bypassed by sims?
